Video: 2017 Audi Q2 Review!
It’s amazing to think just how popular MPVs were just fifteen years ago and how big their fall from grace has been. Think about it: people movers like the Renault Espace were absolutely everywhere, and while they still have their place today it’s comparatively small. Why the decline? Because of SUVs, of course.
The SUV market has been able to adapt in a way the MPV market never could, and by that I mean MPVs were all a similar size and style, whereas the modern SUV covers so much more.
The Audi Q2 is a good example. Audi introduced the Q7 in 2005, its first SUV, before unveiling the Q5, Q3, and most recently the Q2, in an effort to cover every need the a potential customer might have.
So what are these SUVs like to drive? As the smallest and lightest SUV Audi makes (for the time being), it could be the company’s most responsive and entertaining SUV, something I was keen to find out.
